- Is returned in its original condition
Customised Containers & Modifications
- Customised units are non-refundable once fabrication or modification work has commenced, as these services are built to your specific requirements.

If you believe your container or customised unit has a defect or quality concern:

Our team will assess the claim and, if approved, may offer a repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customised containers once work has started
